During my recent stay at the Ottoman, I was pleasantly surprised by how the hotel exceeded my high expectations in several ways. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities in my room were a delightful touch, allowing me to enjoy a warm beverage while taking in the breathtaking view from the terrace. the friendly staff, particularly Yusuf the night receptionist, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, demonstrating professionalism and genuine kindness. Lastly, the room's thorough cleanliness, courtesy of Yeshura, only added to the overall comforting atmosphere of the establishment, making it a memorable experience in Istanbul despite its location challenges.
